Partners description

Universities, Art Associations and youth are involved in art activities in the Gaza Strip, from where  come many artistic talents.

Al Aqsa University – Faculty of “Fine Art”

Al Aqsa University exists since 1995.  About 450 students, males and females, attend its courses. It’s one of seven universities to have activated the Faculty of Art in the Gaza Strip. It includes History of Art, Contemporary Art and all forms of decoration in its academic program.

The goal is to promote educational cooperation between the faculty and the associations offering artistic exchanges with students and faculties abroad through twining ship and scholarships. Particular need: the funds are not sufficient to cover the costs of the necessary tools, equipment and materials for training and artistic practice.

Beats Gaza

Beats Gaza is an association of young people who dream to make real changes in their community believing that people can make the difference. It’s made up of young activists who prepare activities with young people whose motto is: “Do not give us the fish, teach us fishing”.
